On his show Wednesday night, The Daily Show host Jon Stewart blasted AIG for considering a lawsuit over the government bailout that saved the insurance giant. Stewart insisted no one should be surprised by AIG’s behavior, since the company consistently acted like an “asshole” and made a “series of catastrophic investments that brought the world to the brink of Armageddon.”
