This doesn’t happen often enough.

Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received a handwritten note Thursday from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the up to $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance.

Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it "Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold."

The note was a follow-up to Ensign’s questioning at the markup.

The aim was to seek revenge against the Russian family whose ancestor during the French Revolution had seen the ruse brought by the then Nathan Rothchild who financed the French Revolution and later Napoleon, leaving France and most European nations bankrupted while making huge profits and bringing under control most of Europe. These European nations were warned by the Russian Czar but ignored his letters. This infuriated N. Rothschild who swore to bring down the Russian family. Hatred can run in this family for generations and the fact is that Nikolai Romanov’s family perished at the hands of the Bolsheviks-Khazars.
