A judge said he’ll issue a gag order if necessary to keep a lawsuit about ballot secrecy issues from being tried in the press.

Magistrate Judge Michael Watanabe stated his intention during a status conference Monday in U.S. District Court to the attorney for a citizen group suing election officials in Chaffee County and five other counties. (Read more…)
